Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the Quantum Mind mobile app and of the website https://quantum-mind.mgquantumsystems.com (together, the “Service”). By accepting them you declare that you have read them and that you agree. If you do not, do not use the Service.

1. Who we are

The Service is provided by Allinners LLC, a company registered in Sharjah Media City, United Arab Emirates (Office 10, Level 1, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE — PO Box 487177) (“Allinners”, “the Academy” or “we”). To contact us: support@mgquantumsystems.com.

2. The Service

Quantum Mind is a private academy. The Service makes available to enrolled students guided audio, PDF workbooks, exercises with private answers, a personal journal, live sessions on Zoom, progress tracking and, optionally, notifications and the addition of live sessions to the device calendar.

No payments. The app and the website include no purchases, subscriptions, in-app purchases or any other payment: they are only an access tool for students. Enrolment in the Academy’s programmes, including financial terms, duration and any refunds, is agreed separately, outside the app and the website. These Terms govern only the use of the Service.

3. Who can use the Service

The Service is reserved for students enrolled in the Academy who are at least 18 years old and have been invited by the Academy. You cannot register on your own: accounts are created or invited by staff. You declare that the data you gave us is true and that you will update it if it changes.

4. Account and credentials

  • You set your own password, normally through the personal invitation link you receive from the Academy. Choose a strong, unique password and keep it safe: you are responsible for what happens with your account.
  • Access is personal and non-transferable. You may not share your credentials or let others use your account.
  • The number of devices on which you can use the account is limited (normally to three, unless the Academy sets otherwise). You can see and revoke devices and sessions in Profile, Authorized devices and Active sessions.
  • If you suspect unauthorised use of your account, change the password immediately, sign out of your devices and let us know at support@mgquantumsystems.com.

5. Licence to use the content

For as long as you have access, the Academy grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to use the content of the Service (guided audio, workbooks, exercises, live sessions and their replays, and any other material) solely for your personal, non-commercial study, through the app and the website. Content is provided only by streaming or viewing: it cannot be downloaded.

Without the Academy’s written authorisation it is forbidden to:

  • download, copy, reproduce, record (audio or video), photograph or capture the screen, including with external devices, and transcribe the content in full;
  • share, publish, forward, sell, rent or otherwise make available to third parties the content, the credentials or the links and codes of live sessions, even free of charge and even in private groups;
  • circumvent, disable or alter the technical protection measures (blocking of screen captures, encryption, speed and device limits, watermark);
  • use automated tools (scripts, bots, scrapers) to access or extract the content, or use it to train artificial intelligence systems;
  • remove or alter copyright notices, trademarks or watermarks.

You may take personal notes for your own study.

6. Watermark and protection measures

Every protected content you view carries a personal watermark with your name (or your email), your email, an identification code of your account and, on content with reinforced protection, the date and time of viewing. You accept that the watermark is part of the Service and that you may not remove or hide it. If reserved content were disclosed without authorisation, the Academy may use it to trace the account of origin and take the measures provided for: suspension or closure of access, requests for removal, legal action.

The app asks the operating system to prevent or blank screenshots and screen recordings, where the system allows it. The fact that the technical protection is not effective on a device, or that a capture is technically possible, does not make it permitted. Access is logged for security reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All rights in the Service and its content, in the method, in the software, and in the Quantum Mind names and trademarks belong to Allinners or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer any right to you, except the licence in section 5. Your answers and your journal remain yours: you grant us only the limited right to keep and process them to provide you with the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Acceptable use

By using the Service you undertake to:

  • comply with the law and with these Terms;
  • not attempt to access accounts, data or systems that do not belong to you and not compromise the security or operation of the Service (for example with malware, scans or abnormal load);
  • not decompile or try to derive the source code of the app, except as mandatory law permits;
  • not write in the journal or in the exercises unlawful content or identifiable data of other people;
  • behave respectfully towards other people and towards staff during live sessions.

9. Live sessions on Zoom

Live sessions take place on Zoom, a third-party service with its own terms and privacy notice. The link and the access code are shown in the app only to enrolled students, from 30 minutes before the start (unless set otherwise) until the end. They are personal: do not share them. When you join we record your attendance.

Sessions may be recorded and made available as replays to enrolled students; if you take part with your microphone or camera on or speak, your voice, your image and your contributions may appear in the recording (see the Privacy Policy). Participants may not record, photograph or broadcast the session. The Academy may reschedule, change or cancel a session.

10. Notifications and calendar

Push notifications and adding a live session to the device calendar are optional and are turned on only at your request and with your permission. You can turn them off at any time from the device settings and, for live reminders, with the “Live reminders” switch in Profile, Notifications. Sessions added to the calendar stay on your device.

11. Educational content: no professional advice

The content is for educational and personal growth purposes only. It does not constitute or replace medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic or psychiatric advice, diagnosis or treatment, nor legal, financial or investment advice. The exercises and the journal are not diagnostic or therapeutic tools. We do not guarantee specific results, which depend on many personal factors, and the decisions you take remain your sole responsibility. If you have distress, a health problem or doubts, consult a qualified professional; in an emergency call the emergency services of your country (in Italy 112) and stop any practice that makes you feel unwell.

12. Availability of the Service and updates

We strive to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee that it is always accessible or error-free: it may be interrupted for maintenance, for technical reasons or for events beyond our control, including malfunctions of third-party services. We may change, suspend or discontinue features or content, for example to update a programme or for security reasons. We may distribute app updates, also automatically, to fix errors and improve the Service.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your access, with notice where reasonable, in case of breach of these Terms (in particular sharing of credentials or content and circumvention of protections), to protect the security of the Service or of other people, when your relationship with the Academy ends or if the law or an authority requires it.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the app (Profile, Privacy and data, Delete my account) or by writing to support@mgquantumsystems.com: the effects on your data are described in the Privacy Policy. The end of access to the Service does not, in itself, affect the enrolment relationships governed outside the app. The provisions that by their nature must survive remain in force after termination, in particular those on intellectual property, use of content, liability and governing law.

14. Warranties and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. The Academy is not liable for interruptions or malfunctions due to causes beyond its reasonable control (networks, devices, third-party services such as Zoom, Apple, Google or hosting providers), for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profit or opportunity, loss of data not due to its gross negligence or wilful misconduct, use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or the decisions you take on the basis of the content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, in particular for wilful misconduct or gross negligence or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, nor the mandatory rights that the law of your country of residence grants you as a consumer, which prevail over any contrary provision.

15. App Store and Google Play

If you download the app from the Apple App Store or from Google Play:

  • these Terms are concluded only between you and Allinners, not with Apple or Google, which are not responsible for the app, its content, maintenance or support; support is provided by Allinners (see section 19);
  • the licence to use the app is limited to devices you own or control, under the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from;
  • the app is free of charge: if it fails to conform to an applicable warranty you may notify the store, but any other claim and any other warranty, product liability or consumer protection obligation lies with Allinners and not with the store;
  • claims by third parties about the app or its use, including intellectual property infringement claims, are handled by Allinners and not by Apple or Google;
  • you declare that you are not located in a country subject to a United States government embargo or designated by it as a supporter of terrorism, and that you are not on any United States government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
  • you must comply with the applicable third-party terms for using the app, for example those of your mobile carrier or data connection services;
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and, when you accept them, have the right to enforce them against you.

16. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. If you are a consumer and live in the European Economic Area or in another country that grants you mandatory protections, the choice of governing law does not deprive you of the protection guaranteed by the mandatory rules of your country of residence and you may also bring proceedings before the competent court of the place where you live. For any other dispute the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, have jurisdiction.

Before taking legal action we ask you to write to us at support@mgquantumsystems.com: we will do our best to resolve the matter amicably.

17. Changes to the Terms

We may change these Terms, for example for new features, to adapt them to the law or to correct them. The new version is published on the website and in the app with its date and version number and, if the change is substantial, we ask you to accept it in the app before you continue to use the Service. Changes do not apply to disputes that have already arisen. If you do not accept the new version, stop using the Service and, if you wish, delete your account.

18. Final provisions

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the intellectual property notice shown in the app make up the entire agreement on the use of the Service. If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the others remain in force. Failure to exercise a right is not a waiver. Allinners may assign these Terms to a company of its group or to a successor to the business, notifying you; you may not assign them. These Terms are drawn up in Italian and English: in case of difference the Italian version prevails.
